Establishment of platforms necessary to carry out the missions of all research divisions

In the Cross Fertilization Division, platforms for "X-ray detection method", "data processing", "data visualization", and "international collaboration" necessary to carry out the missions of all SRIS research divisions. In the next-generation detection system smart laboratory, X-ray detection methods with high speed, high sensitivity and large area are developed. In the big-data smart-laboratory, foundations and technologies of data science and data-driven AI are developed for analyzing and utilizing big data. In the data visualization smart laboratory, cross-disciplinary next-generation imaging measurement technologies, which can realize three-dimensional visualization of functions at the nanoscale, are developed. The international collaboration smart laboratory will play a key role in the formation of an international network to promote strategic international advancement through collaboration with synchrotron radiation facilities and universities.
